Andrew Sales
After completing full time education, Andrew qualified as an accountant in industry while working for a subsidiary of British American Tobacco (BAT), he specialises in marketing and finance.
He joined Whitbread Plc and became the Finance Director of their Take Home Company which experienced phenomenal growth during the 70s and 80s supplying the High Street with packaged beers and wines.
Following a brief Corporate finance role with Grand Met (now Diagio), Andrew joined the then very young Michael Page organisation and set up their first executive recruitment division and helped create the first successful market listing for a recruitment company.
Andrew then moved to what is now Deloitte and Touche as a Management Consultant, prior to setting up a joint venture consultancy company with Kidsons (now Baker Tilly).
Andrew has specialised in executive recruitment roles, organisational review consultancy, personal coaching, and is a non-executive advisor to a number of owner-managed businesses in the South East.
