Positive Perspective were approached to carry out Business Development Training for the Group Insurance division of Canada Life in Bristol UK

A new and highly enthusiastic national team has been formed and they required focus on a number of areas notably:

  • Sales Techniques
  • Territory management
  • Telephone techniques
  • Time planning
  • Presentation skills

The training was divided into a series of modules with time between each to take action and test out new found and acquired skills. Feedback from the initial training indicated a significant improvement in confidence and sales
