Positive Perspective is an Approved ILM Development Centre running ILM Certificated and Development Programmes.   

Positive Perspective has been an approved centre to deliver ILM management development programmes since 2002.  Their trainers bring a wealth of experience as well as a strong academic background to apply the learning to the workplace and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the managers.

ILM Certified Programmes

The programmes allow our clients the flexibility to select the most appropriate combination of modules to best suit a particular training and development project and having gained a full understanding of our clients' specific training and development objectives, our consultants will then individually tailor each module to match the requirement.

Development Programmes

The Institute of Leadership and Management is Europe's largest awarding organisation for leadership and management qualifications. It provides a flexible portfolio of qualifications supporting everyone from team leaders to strategic managers. As a professional membership body it has over 28,000 members and is part of the City & Guilds Group. There are over 2000 registered ILM centres and 86,470 registered learners (in 2006/2007). ILM membership brings professional recognition and career progression

Positive Perspective has been an approved centre and delivered programmes since 2002 and is currently working with Norland Managed Services, Mitie and GSH Group.

The qualifications are flexible, market-leading qualifications developed to meet employer needs. There is a high level of qualification choice – both in subjects and levels. The assessments are work-related, increasing the practical benefits of study for both learners and employers

The unit-based qualifications are designed for bite-size learning and transferable credits may are available with ILM VRQs.

All learners are entitled to a year of free studying membership of the ILM. During the study period there will be ongoing study support, career guidance, specialist management information and news. The membership supports your employees learning for a whole year and not just the length of the course

Qualifications offer progression across a level – whether that level is AWARD, CERTIFICATE, DIPLOMA without repetition of learning. And progression through the levels

There is flexibility within the choice of options which allows the learner to focus on the areas most relevant to the demands of their specific role, industry or organisation

Endorsed and Development Programmes are developed as recognition of existing in-house provision. The ILM provides expert advice and quality assurance while the organisation retains control of programme design. The learners gain recognition from a national awarding body as well as their own organisation

Team Member Development Programme is a flexible programme of six sessions on how to be a successful team, gaining confidence and work-satisfaction.
