Lindy Sinclair
Professionally trained by Britannia Airways in the early 1980's, Lindy's human resource remit included office, professional and engineering staff, working within a unionised environment. Lindy has had extensive experience of the HR environment and related issues, and in recent years has provided HR support and advice to companies across petrochemicals and the retail, financial and telecommunication sectors.
Lindy has achieved great success and acclaim working with high profile companies, notably British Airways and PricewaterhouseCoopers. This involved delivering 'soft skills' training, counselling support, career development advice and Executive Coaching These were developed to support change management programmers, succession development planning and organisational initiatives.
