Jane Millar
The experience of developing and managing a training and consultancy business gave her valuable insight into issues affecting senior managers, such as change management and motivating teams and individuals, as well as first-hand e-experience of sales and marketing and customer services.
She is now concentrating on what she enjoys best - delivery of one to one and group development processes, using a variety of psychometric tools such as MBTI and Firo-B. She provides leadership coaching and team development for managers from multinationals across a wide variety of industry sectors, especially financial and pharmaceuticals. She also works regularly as a coach for various business schools including the London Business School and for the Centre for Creative Leadership.
