Keith Posner

Keith and Siân Posner formed Positive Perspective in 1995. They and their team of consultants specialise in Executive Coaching, designing and delivering a very wide range of individually tailored Personal and Management Development training programmes.

Keith has considerable experience of coaching and mentoring senior partners and directors of a number of prominent global and national companies, notably within the financial and service sectors.

Together with Positive Perspective consultant, Mike Applegarth, Keith Posner has co-written "The Project Management Pocketbook" (now in its second edition), "The Empowerment Pocketbook" and the "Call Centre Customer Service Pocketbook".

Keith's professional training career began at Nationwide Building Society.He joined Allianz Cornhill Insurance, and managed the specialist training function on their Business Process Re-engineering project team.
