Professionally trained by Britannia Airways in the early 1980's, Lindy's human resource remit included office, professional and engineering staff, working within a unionised environment. Lindy has had extensive experience of the HR environment and related issues, and in recent years has provided HR support and advice to companies across petrochemicals and the retail, financial and telecommunication sectors.
