After gaining a BA in Business, Nigel became a graduate trainee at Unilver. He then joined the team that established Seiko Watches in the UK, rising to General Manager. There followed a 14 year career with BT Mobile in Business Development, during which he took on a number of Board positions in international subsidiaries in the US and Europe.

During the last 10 years, he has created and executed many strategies for restructuring and turnarounds, alliances and mergers, growth planning and exits that have maximised shareholder value. He is an experienced Non Exec and has good contacts in the Venture Capital and Business Angel worlds that can help with growth funding.

His skills and experience have saved many companies in these tough times, which are set to go on for a long time. He believes we have to stop sheltering from the storm and learn to dance in the rain.
