The seventh group of delegates taking the ILM Award and Certificate in Management delivered their final presentations to external examiners on 1 October 2009
The course was designed specifically to meet the needs of Norland Managed Services by supporting the development of a whole range of management and leadership skills.
Content
The delegates all passed, and felt they had learned invaluable skills during the course.
