"It is now exactly a year ago today, that I endured a 'delightful'
exit meeting with the HR representatives from my former organisation,
never to return to those premises after c. 6.15pm on 27th November
2007! You and Andrew were, of course, both right: in hindsight, I
can view the whole experience in a positive light. My "gap"
of 4 months was not exactly pleasurable I recognise now that I did
gain from it, in many different ways, and I consider myself most fortunate
as to how things turned out. In that, I have much to be grateful for,
to you and Andrew. You both gave me confidence, and tangible, practical
support and advice, as to how to move forward and to get the best
out of the situation. Thus, a big thank you today on that score too.".
Now a Finance Director of £25 million turnover, 200 employees,

"..'It will be using all my existing skills and provide me the
opportunity to develop further skills. I am certain that the work
you and Andrew did with me to focus on a positive outlook to what
I could offer played a significant part in my success. Thank you
both."
